وقعت شركة حكومية صينية اتفاقا لبناء مصفاة نفط في لاغوس بنيجيريا بقيمة ثمانية مليارات دولار. وهذا المشروع -الذي يشير إلى توسع الصين المتنامي اقتصاديا في أفريقيا- جزء من مشروع أضخم لتحسين البنية التحتية النفطية في نيجيريا.
