يطالب باحثون ومثقفون عراقيون بضرورة تشغيل (ساعة القشلة) التي توقفت منذ أكثر من عام, ولم يعد أبناء مدينة بغداد يستمعون إلى صوتها الذي انطلق قبل أكثر من 140 عاما, عندما انتصبت الساعة على ارتفاع 30 مترا.
