أطلقت الصين البارحة شبكة أخبار عالمية متلفزة تبث باللغة الإنجليزية على مدار الساعة بإشراف وكالة الأنباء الصينية شينخوا، في خطوة قالت صحيفة فايننشال تايمز البريطانية إنها تشكل أحد أكبر طموحات بكين للتأثير في المجتمع الدولي بمنظور صيني.
