لقي ما لا يقل عن ثمانية مدنيين من أسرة واحدة مصارعهم الليلة الماضية في عملية دهم شنتها قوات أجنبية على أحد المنازل بقندهار. وفي تطور آخر قتل تسعة مدنيين بانفجار عبوة ناسفة في مديرية أندر بولاية غزني جنوبي أفغانستان.
