أعلنت السلطات العراقية المختصة اعتماد إستراتيجية واسعة للقضاء على الأمية التي استشرت في العراق خلال السنوات الماضية بصورة لافتة، حيث شملت حوالي ثلث السكان حسب الإحصاءات الرسمية.
