خيّم التوتر على مدن جنوبي قرغيزستان بعد أربعة أيام من الصدامات العرقية بين القرغيز والأوزبك. وبينما أعلنت أوزبكستان إغلاق حدودها أمام تدفق اللاجئين وصدور إدانات دولية, قال مسؤولو منظمة الأمن الجماعي إنهم سيرسلون مروحيات للجيش لمساعدته بفرض الأمن.
