رفض الرئيس الفلسطيني اللجنة التي شكلتها إسرائيل لتقصي الحقائق بشأن الهجوم على أسطول الحرية ورأى أنها لا تلبي المطالب الأممية، في حين اعتبرت حماس أن إسرائيل تدين نفسها برفضها التحقيق الدولي. كما رفضت تركيا اللجنة الإسرائيلية، مؤكدة عدم ثقتها بنزاهتها.
