أثار قرار سحب تراخيص حمل السلاح من عناصر الصحوات في ديالى موجة خوف واسعة لدى جميع عناصر وعوائل الصحوات في مختلف المناطق حيث يتعرضون إلى استهداف يومي وإلى تفجير منازل عائلاتهم.
