أصدرت منظمة العفو الدولية (أمنستي) تقريرا ينتقد أوضاع حقوق الإنسان في منطقة القبائل الباكستانية، وقالت إن حوالي أربعة ملايين شخص يعيشون هناك أوضاعا قاسية في غياب الدولة وتحت سيطرة حركة طالبان باكستان.
