يجد حسام أبو طالب الذي يعمل لدى مؤسسة دولية في قطاع غزة، نفسه أمام خيارات صعبة بشكل شهري لدى استلام راتبه من بنك فلسطين، تؤدي جميعها إلى تكبيده الخسائر بسبب نفاد السيولة النقدية في العملات الأجنبية.
