تشهد العاصمة الأفغانية كابل هذه الأيام توافد أعضاء مجلس زعماء القبائل للاشتراك في اجتماع لويا جيرغا المقرر انعقاده هناك بالفترة من الثاني إلى الخامس من يونيو/ حزيران المقبل بغرض البدء في عملية سلام مع حركة طالبان.
