ذكرت صحيفة ذي إندبندنت التي تصدر في لندن, في عددها السبت أن وزارة العدل البريطانية أكدت أن العدد الكلي لنزلاء السجون في إنجلترا وويلز بلغ 85 ألفا و201 سجين.
