قال رئيس الوزراء الإسباني خوسيه لويس ثاباتيرو اليوم الأربعاء إنه يعتزم زيادة ضرائب جديدة على الأغنياء، وذلك بعد أسبوع واحد من إعلان تدابير تقشفية صارمة جديدة لكبح جماح العجز العام في البلاد.
