نجحت الوساطة التركية البرازيلية في توقيع اتفاق مع إيران تعتبر الدول الثلاث أنه ينهي الحاجة لفرض عقوبات، لكن الغرب يرى أنه لا يكفي لتهدئة مخاوفه تجاه البرنامج النووي الإيراني، ليثور التساؤل حول من هو الطرف الأكثر استفادة من هذه التطورات الأخيرة؟.
