دعا الرئيس الأفغاني إلى ضرورة وضع حد ونهاية للغارات الليلية وعمليات تفتيش منازل المواطنين من قبل القوات الاجنبية في بلاده، لكنه امتدح في الوقت ذاته وأشاد بعلاقات بلاده بالولايات المتحدة واصفا إياها بالشراكة الإستراتيجية.
