افتتح بنك التنمية الآسيوي اجتماعه السنوي السبت في طشقند عاصمة أوزبكستان في أول لقاء يعقده بمنطقة آسيا الوسطى، وأول خطوة في الدول التي كانت تابعة للاتحاد السوفياتي السابق للاعتراف بها كقوة اقتصادية إقليمية.
