اعتقلت السلطات الأمنية في ولاية فرجينيا الأميركية المسؤول السابق لوكالة الاستخبارات المركزية الأميركية (سي آي أي) في الجزائر أندرو وارن مارفين، على خلفية توجيه امرأتين جزائريتين في عام 2008 تهماً له بالاعتداء الجنسي عليهما.
