يثير برنامج تدريبي على الكوارث يشترك فيه متطوعون أردنيون وآخرون إسرائيليون جدلا في عمان، بين من يرى فيه تطبيعا مرفوضا مع "العدو"، ومن يدافع عن التعاون في المجالات الإنسانية مع كافة الأطراف.
