أثار "المؤتمر الإقليمي حول الاتفاقيات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان وآليات المراقبة" الذي احتضنته جامعة النجاح اللبنانية العديد من التساؤلات حول حقوق الإنسان في العالم العربي ومدى قدرة المؤتمرات والهيئات المعنية على تطبيق شعاراتها في الواقع.
