أعلن الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم أن تذاكر المباراتين الافتتاحية والنهائية ومباراتي الدور قبل النهائي لبطولة كأس العالم بجنوب أفريقيا بيعت جميعها بعد 24 ساعة فقط من انطلاق مرحلة بيع الأخيرة لتذاكر البطولة والتي تتضمن خمسمائة ألف تذكرة.
