يشرح الزعاترة الأسباب الخاصة بالأطراف المعنية بالقضية الفلسطينية خارج سياق قوى المقاومة التي لا تزال تستميت من أجل الحيلولة دون اندلاع انتفاضة جديدة، موضحا أنه من الصعب الجزم بالمدى الذي ستستغرقه حالة المراوحة القائمة، لكن الأكيد هو أن الانتفاضة الجديدة ستكون مختلفة.
