اعتبر محللون سياسيون زيارة وليد جنبلاط لدمشق خطوة مهمة تعزز حضور بلدهم بلبنان، لكنهم أكدوا أن تصريحات جنبلاط الأخيرة حول دعم المقاومة ودور سوريا تحتاج إلى اختبار حقيقي، ورأوا أن الموقف من المقاومة يشكل البوصلة لمواقف دمشق من أي فريق لبناني.
