أعربت 41 منظمة غير حكومية بمصر عن "انزعاجها الشديد" من انتهاء وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي من إعداد مشروع قانون جديد للجمعيات الأهلية. وقالت تلك المنظمات إن المشروع الجديد "أكثر قمعية" من القانون المعمول به حاليا. واتهمت المنظمات الحكومة المصرية بالسعي لخنق المجتمع المدني.
