حذر وزراء نفط في منظمة الدول المصدرة للنفط (أوبك) الاثنين في منتدى بجنيف ترعاه الأمم المتحدة من تأثير المضاربات على أسعار النفط. وتوقعوا أن تظل الأسعار مستقرة هذا العام, وشددوا على الشفافية في ما يتعلق بالطلب في الاسواق الناشئة.
