دانت اللجنة الرباعية المعنية بعملية السلام بالشرق الأوسط قرار إسرائيل بناء وحدات استيطانية في القدس الشرقية، داعية إسرائيل لتجميد كافة أشكال الاستيطان في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، وأعربت عن أملها ببدء المفاوضات غير المباشرة قريبا.
