يعيش العرب في مدن عكا واللد والرملة ويافا ظروفاً صعبة وسط انتشار عنف الشرطة من جهة والعنف الداخلي من جهة ثانية الذي بات يهدد النسيج الاجتماعي العربي، ويرى فلسطينيون أن إسرائيل تتعمد نشر العنف في هذه المدن لدفع العرب إلى الهجرة منها.
