اجتمع شمل أسرى فلسطينيين من حركتي فتح وحماس بسجن عوفر الإسرائيلي غرب رام الله، حيث ساد الوئام بين الأسرى الذين وقعوا اتفاقا وطنيا فيما بينهم برعاية أسرى فصائل أخرى داخل المعتقل، رغم استبعاد أن يكون لهذا الاتفاق تأثير على الواقع خارج السجن.
