استمرت المواجهات في مقديشو بين الحكومة الانتقالية ومعارضيها الإسلاميين مما أوقع حسب آخر حصيلة 23 قتيلا و79 جريحا. وقال المتحدث باسم حركة شباب المجاهدين إن انتصارا سجل على الحكومة وهو ما نفاه وزير الدفاع.
