يشهد اليمن هذه الأيام جدلا واسعا بين المعارضين والمؤيدين لإصدار قانون يحدد سن زواج الفتاة، وذلك بالتزامن مع فعاليات لمنظمات نسائية تطالب البرلمان بإقرار قانون يمنع ما اصطلح عليه بـ"الزواج المبكر" ورفع سن زواج الفتاة وتحديده بـ18 عاما.
