تعهد الأمين الأممي بمساهمة لإعمار تشيلي التي ضربها زلزال عنيف تبعته هزات قوية، في وقت تحدثت رئيسة البلاد عن مهمة ستستغرق ثلاث سنوات، وتكلف 30 مليار دولار. ولم يُستقر بعد على تعداد واحد واعترفت السلطات باحتساب كثير من الأحياء أمواتا.
