وضعت اللجنة المنظمة لرالي الكويت الدولي اللمسات الأخيرة على المراحل الخاصة للسرعة في صحراء الكويت، مؤكداً أن الفرق المشاركة في هذا الحدث ستتنافس خلال 14 مرحلة خاصة تبلغ مسافتها 250.92 كلم، من إجمالي مسافة الرالي البالغة 714.74 كلم.
