التقى الرئيس اليمني اثنين من القيادات الميدانية لجماعة الحوثي، وهو الأول منذ توقف المواجهات بين الطرفين بصعدة. في الوقت نفسه قالت الأمم المتحدة إنه يجب عدم إعادة نحو 250 ألف شخص فروا من القتال بشمال اليمن إلى ديارهم قريبا بسبب نقص الخدمات.
